Faq

You receive the accommodation voucher after you successfully settle a loan with Home Loans Fast. This applies if
you (1) are a new client purchasing/refinancing, or (2) referred a new client who settles their loan.

Yes. The qualifying loan (your own, or your referral’s) must be for a minimum of $300,000.

No. The form on this page is the first step to express your interest. You only receive the holiday voucher after the
qualifying $300k+ loan has officially settled.

This voucher pays for your 7-night accommodation, but as a promotional offer, there are two main conditions. First,
you must pay for your own flights, food, and any mandatory resort fees. Second, you must attend a 2-4 hour resort
presentation during your stay. While attending is mandatory, you are under no obligation to buy anything.

Some resorts charge them directly. For example:

  • The Bali resorts charge a small daily utility fee.

  • The Kenya resort requires a compulsory package (AU $920/person) that covers your transfers, breakfast,
    and dinner.

These fees are explained in the T&Cs and are paid to the resort.

Yes, you can. Additional nights can be booked at a discounted rate, but this is subject to availability. Please inform
the travel agent as early as possible when you make your booking.

This is important: You must make your booking within 3 months of receiving your voucher, or the voucher will be void.

You can book up to 1 year in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak periods.

While there is generally good availability, School Holidays, Public Holidays, and Special Events are strictly limited.
For these periods, you must give as much notice as possible and be flexible with your dates.

No. This is a critical rule. Each resort has specific check-in days. For example, some are Saturday-only, some are
Sunday-only, and others are Tuesday/Friday. You must check the specific T&Cs for the resort you want before
booking flights.

Yes, you can! The vouchers are now fully transferable and can be gifted to family or friends. Please make sure the person who travels meets all the specific eligibility requirements (like age, income, and couple status) for the chosen resort, which are listed in the T&Cs.

YES. These rules (e.g., “couples aged 29-68 with $90k income”) are set by the partner resorts, not by Home Loans
Fast. You must meet the specific criteria for the resort you choose, or they may not honour your booking.

Usually, yes, but the rules are different for every resort. For example, the Bali resorts allow up to 2 children under 13.

The Phuket resort allows 2 children (4-12) for free, but charges a fee for teens.

Please read the specific T&Cs for your chosen resort before booking.

Yes. Attending the presentation (if invited) is a key condition of this promotional offer. You are under no obligation to
buy anything.

Do not skip it. As per the terms, if you fail to attend the presentation, the resort has the right to charge you the full
retail price (rack rate) for your entire 7-night stay.

Yes! If you settle another qualifying loan, you earn another voucher. However, there is one rule: You cannot use two vouchers for the same destination yourself.

  • Example: If you used your first voucher for Bali, you cannot use a second voucher for Bali. You would need to use it for Phuket or Kenya.
  • The Good News: If you prefer not to travel to a different destination, you can simply gift your second voucher to a friend or family member, as the vouchers are fully transferable!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully to ensure you qualify and understand the offer. The conditions are broken into two parts:

  1. General Rules: These apply to ALL bookings.
  2. Resort-Specific Rules: These are the unique rules for each destination.

General Rules (Applies to ALL Destinations)

Booking Your Trip

  • Voucher: Your voucher is for accommodation only. All other expenses (flights, food, travel, etc.) are not included, unless specified in the resort’s
    rules.
  • Booking Deadline: You must make your booking within 3 months of receiving your voucher, or it becomes void.
  • Travel Deadline: All travel must be booked and completed by the expiry date on your voucher.
  • Advance Notice: All booking requests must be made at least 30 days in advance.
  • Availability: All accommodation requests are subject to availability. Please note that availability during School Holidays, Public Holidays, and
    Special Events is strictly limited.
  • Flight Itinerary: Once your accommodation is confirmed, the resort requires a copy of your flight itinerary within 6 weeks prior to your arrival
    date.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance for your protection.

Voucher & Guest Rules

  • Voucher Transferability: Vouchers are fully transferable and can be gifted to family or friends. The person who travels must meet all the eligibility requirements (age, income, couple status, etc.) for the chosen resort. However, once a reservation has been confirmed in a specific name, name changes are not accepted.
  • Multiple Vouchers: Clients may qualify for more than one voucher (e.g., by settling a second loan). However, the same household cannot redeem multiple vouchers for the same destination (e.g., two trips to Bali). If a client receives a second voucher and wishes to use it for a destination they have already visited, they must gift that voucher to a friend or family member to use.
  • Amendments: A fee of AU $55 per person will apply for each amendment made after your reservation has been confirmed.
    Damages: You are responsible for any loss or deliberate damage caused as a result of your occupancy at the resort.

At The Resort

  • Security Deposit: Upon check-in, you must provide a credit/debit card for room security. If you cannot provide a card, a cash deposit of €500
    (approx. $700) will be required.
  • Property Presentation: As this is a promotion, you may be invited to attend a resort presentation showcasing the property. You are under no
    obligation to buy anything.

  • Resort & Accommodation:
    • Resort: Bali Seascape Beach Club (Candi Dasa) OR Bali Palms Resort (Dusa Samuh Candidasa).
    • Base Room: Hotel/Studio room (children and adults each count as one person).
  • Booking Rules:
    • Check-in Days (Seascape): Must be a Tuesday or Friday.
    • Check-in Days (Palms): Must be a Saturday or Wednesday.
    • Times: Check-in is 3:00 PM & Check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • Fees & Upgrades:
    • Mandatory Fee: A utility fee of US $10.50 per day, per couple applies.
    • Optional Upgrades:
      • 1-Bedroom (sleeps 3): US $295++
      • 2-Bedroom (sleeps 4): US $330++

  • Resort & Accommodation:
    • Resort & Accommodation: Studio room (children and adults each count as one person).
  • Booking Rules:
    • Check-in Day: SATURDAY ONLY.
  • Fees & Upgrades:
    • Up to 2 children (ages 4-12) are free.
    • A surcharge of €99 per child applies for children aged 13-18.
  • Eligibility Requirements:
    • Applies to: Couples only (must be married or cohabiting for 2+ years).
    • Age: Both members must be aged 30-69.
    • Income: Combined annual income must be over €40,000 (approx. AU $60,000).
    • Travel Rules: Group travel is not permitted (a group is 2+ families travelling together). Only one voucher per household.

3. Kenya: The Mnarani Club (Mombasa)

  • Resort & Accommodation: Garden room.
  • Booking Rules:
    • Check-in Day: SUNDAY ONLY.
    • Times: Check-in is 4:00 PM & Check-out is 10:00 AM.
  • Fees & Upgrades:
    • COMPULSORY PACKAGE: A charge of AU $920 per person applies.
    • Package Includes: Return transfers from Mombasa Airport, welcome drinks, breakfast and dinner daily, and non-motorised watersports.
    • Optional Upgrade: Can upgrade to a creek/sea view room for $55 per person.
  • Eligibility Requirements:
