Yes. The qualifying loan (your own, or your referral’s) must be for a minimum of $300,000.
No. The form on this page is the first step to express your interest. You only receive the holiday voucher after the
qualifying $300k+ loan has officially settled.
This voucher pays for your 7-night accommodation, but as a promotional offer, there are two main conditions. First,
you must pay for your own flights, food, and any mandatory resort fees. Second, you must attend a 2-4 hour resort
presentation during your stay. While attending is mandatory, you are under no obligation to buy anything.
Some resorts charge them directly. For example:
The Bali resorts charge a small daily utility fee.
- The Kenya resort requires a compulsory package (AU $920/person) that covers your transfers, breakfast,
and dinner.
These fees are explained in the T&Cs and are paid to the resort.
Yes, you can. Additional nights can be booked at a discounted rate, but this is subject to availability. Please inform
the travel agent as early as possible when you make your booking.
This is important: You must make your booking within 3 months of receiving your voucher, or the voucher will be void.
You can book up to 1 year in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak periods.
While there is generally good availability, School Holidays, Public Holidays, and Special Events are strictly limited.
For these periods, you must give as much notice as possible and be flexible with your dates.
No. This is a critical rule. Each resort has specific check-in days. For example, some are Saturday-only, some are
Sunday-only, and others are Tuesday/Friday. You must check the specific T&Cs for the resort you want before
booking flights.
Yes, you can! The vouchers are now fully transferable and can be gifted to family or friends. Please make sure the person who travels meets all the specific eligibility requirements (like age, income, and couple status) for the chosen resort, which are listed in the T&Cs.
YES. These rules (e.g., “couples aged 29-68 with $90k income”) are set by the partner resorts, not by Home Loans
Fast. You must meet the specific criteria for the resort you choose, or they may not honour your booking.
Usually, yes, but the rules are different for every resort. For example, the Bali resorts allow up to 2 children under 13.
The Phuket resort allows 2 children (4-12) for free, but charges a fee for teens.

Yes. Attending the presentation (if invited) is a key condition of this promotional offer. You are under no obligation to
buy anything.
Do not skip it. As per the terms, if you fail to attend the presentation, the resort has the right to charge you the full
retail price (rack rate) for your entire 7-night stay.
Yes! If you settle another qualifying loan, you earn another voucher. However, there is one rule: You cannot use two vouchers for the same destination yourself.
- Example: If you used your first voucher for Bali, you cannot use a second voucher for Bali. You would need to use it for Phuket or Kenya.
- The Good News: If you prefer not to travel to a different destination, you can simply gift your second voucher to a friend or family member, as the vouchers are fully transferable!
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully to make sure you qualify and understand the offer. The conditions are in two parts: General Rules that apply to every destination, and Resort-Specific Rules that vary by resort.
General Rules (Applies to ALL Destinations)
Booking Your Trip
- Accommodation Only: Your voucher covers accommodation only. Flights, food, drinks, transfers and all other expenses are your responsibility, unless the rules for your resort say otherwise.
- Booking Deadline: You must make your booking within 3 months of receiving your voucher, or the voucher becomes void.
- Travel Deadline: All travel must be booked and completed by the expiry date on your voucher.
- Advance Notice: Booking requests must be made at least 30 days before your intended check-in date.
- Booking Fee: A booking fee of AU $25 per person is payable with your booking request. It is refunded if your booking is unsuccessful. Once the resort accepts one of your requested dates, the fee is non-refundable.
- Availability: All accommodation requests are subject to availability. Availability during School Holidays, Public Holidays and Special Events is strictly limited.
- Flight Itinerary: Once your accommodation is confirmed, the resort needs a copy of your flight itinerary within the 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance for your protection.
Voucher & Guest Rules
- Eligibility: Each resort sets its own age, income and guest requirements. The person who travels must meet the requirements for the chosen resort, or the resort may not honour the booking.
- Voucher Transferability: Vouchers can be gifted to family or friends. Once a reservation is confirmed in a specific name, name changes are not accepted. The reservation must be cancelled and a new one requested.
- Multiple Vouchers: You may earn more than one voucher, for example by settling a second qualifying loan. The same household cannot redeem more than one voucher for the same destination. A second voucher for a destination you have already visited must be gifted to a friend or family member.
- Amendments: A fee of AU $55 per person applies for each amendment made after your reservation has been confirmed.
- Damages: You are responsible for any loss or deliberate damage caused during your stay at the resort.
- No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value and are not for sale or resale. Unused or expired vouchers cannot be refunded.
At The Resort
- Security Deposit: Upon check-in, you must provide a credit/debit card for room security. If you cannot provide a card, a cash deposit of €500 (approx. $700) will be required.
- Property Presentation: As this is a promotion, you may be invited to attend a resort presentation showcasing the property. You are under no obligation to buy anything.
IMPORTANT: If you are invited to the presentation and do not attend, the resort may charge you the full rack rate (full price) for your entire stay.

- Resort & Accommodation:
- Bali Seascape Beach Club is in Candi Dasa. Bali Palms Resort is in Dusa Samuh, Candidasa.
- 7 nights in a Hotel/Studio room. Children and adults each count as one person.
- Fees & Upgrades:
- Bali Seascape Beach Club: check-in must be on a Tuesday or Friday.

2. Phuket, Thailand: Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa
- Resort & Accommodation:
- 7 nights in a Studio room. Children and adults each count as one person.
- Breakfast is not included.
- The resort provides complimentary airport transfers, subject to the resort’s arrangements.
- Booking Rules:
- Check-in is on SATURDAY ONLY.
- Fees & Upgrades:
- Up to 2 children aged 4–12 stay free.
- A surcharge of €99 per child applies for children aged 13–18.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Couples only. Couples must be married or living together for 2 or more years, and must travel together.
- Both guests must be aged 30–69.
- Combined annual income must be over €40,000 (approx. AU $60,000).
- Group travel is not permitted. A group is two or more families travelling to the same resort at the same time.
- Only one voucher per household can be used at this resort.
3. Mombasa, Kenya: The Mnarani Club
- Resort & Accommodation:
- 7 nights in a Garden room.
- Booking Rules:
- Check-in is on SUNDAY ONLY.
- Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Fees & Upgrades:
- Compulsory package: AU $1,290 per person.
- The package includes return transfers from Mombasa Airport, welcome drinks on arrival, breakfast and dinner daily, and non-motorised watersports.
- Optional upgrade to a creek or sea view room: AU $55 per person.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Couples only.
- Both guests must be aged 25–65.
- Guests must hold a valid credit card.
4. 5-Star Option, Bali: Anantara Vacation Club Seminyak Bali
- Resort & Accommodation:
- 3 nights (4 days) in a 1-bedroom apartment of 56 sqm.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and under.
- Daily breakfast for 2 adults is included.
- Airport pick-up is included.
- Booking Rules:
- Standard stay is Sunday check-in to Wednesday check-out.
- A fee of US $50 applies for check-in on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
